Amuse - watermelon, Thai basil, alder smoked salt, aged balsamic
Soup - chilled artichoke soup, Meyer lemon foam, pistachio gremolata
Pasta - truffle ricotta dumpling, mushroom dashi, spring vegetables, sesame, 90-minute egg
Entree - crispy pork cheek, tamarind, pickled peaches, celery root puree (vegetarian option - soy ginger marinated tofu)
Dessert - trio of ice creams: pistachio, cantaloupe, strawberry rhubarb rum
