There will be a tour of the facility explaining every step in the production of a great spirit. Also, an exclusive barrel tasting of some of our upcoming spirits. Boston bibb lettuce, candied whiskey pecans, julienne pears, heirloom tomatoes, with gorgonzola dressing. Paired with The Restoration (Whiskey, Rye soaked amarena cherry, fresh lemon, almond syrup, house bitters).
Prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin over sweet potato hash, roasted brussel sprouts, and pork demi-glaze. Paired with The Vedder (Rye whiskey, Apple Cider, Allspice Dram, splash of orange juice).
Homemade apple crumb topped with Madagascar bourbon ice cream, and whiskey caramel sauce. Paired with Corn Whiskey Totty (corn whiskey, ginger infused apple cider, and cinnamon, served hot).
